Refund policy relates to any event booked through Compass Paranormal Events.

Any booking cancelled up to eight (8) weeks prior to the event date, we shall issue a full refund less 30% * administration charge.

Any booking cancelled between eight (8) and four (4) weeks prior to the event date, we shall issue a full refund less 50% * administration charge.

Any booking cancelled less than four (4) weeks prior to the event date, we shall issue no (0) refund.

* Relates to the FULL event price.

No refunds are given on deposits paid.

If you cannot attend an event please contact us as soon as possible, even if the event is less than 4 weeks away.
