1. Never ghost hunt alone.

2. Ensure you are wearing or have available, suitable clothing for the time of year. Remember if you are attending an overnight vigil the temperature can drop dramatically.

3. Ensure you are wearing sensible footwear. Most haunted locations especially at night are un even underfoot. High heels or flip flops are not recommended !

4. Always as a minimum take with you a torch, haunted locations are usually very dark places.

5. Know your limits. If you are scared let people around you know. On an event with us we allow for such things, and a member of our team will be made available to take you out of the situation.

6. You will want to capture any paranormal phenomena as evidence. Therefore always have a camera or camcorder with you on any event. Don't fall into the trap of always having your eye in the view finder, enjoy the event for yourself !

7. If venturing on your own in a haunted location whilst with a group, always carry a walkie talkie. These are always made available to you on our events.

8. Always remember, if at any time you feel uncomfortable, get yourself out of the situation. On our events there will always be a team member available to sit with you in a lit and safe area.

9. There are many "Ghost Hunting" companies advertising ghost events. Many are reputable and trustworthy. However in all industries ther are mine fields to watch out for.
a. Do they have your safety at heart?
b. Do they have first aid trained staff, in the event of an incident?
c. Do they have the appropiate liability insurance for running such an event?

10. Always take with you as many ghost hunting tools as you own. You never know when you may need them.
